It has been a good experience until now. I am already in Korea and ended my internship. June was a crazy month at the school because the school was getting towards the end of the school year. I joined a lot of field trips with the students. One of the best field trips was going to a day camp called 'Camp Ihduhapi'. I went on cable wire and tamper pole with the kids. It helped me get over a little bit of being afraid of heights. It was also fun to see kids helping along each other and cooperating. The last day of school was very sad for me. I said goodbye to the teachers and the children. I will really miss them. The last week before coming back to Korea, I went on a tour to the twin cities, went on picnics, had staff party, and hung out with some of the teachers I became close with. It was very emotional the day I left Minnesota. However, I am sure I will meet again all of the precious people I have been with someday. I had wonderful time and wonderful experiences that I would never forget in my heart. |
