wChange your life!x

The main reason why I applied for this program was to improve my skills of communication in English. But now, when half of a year has already passed since I came here, Ifve gained not only what I tried to get at first, but other things which I'd never imagined I could take through this program. What I'm doing at my school is assisting the classes of PE(Physical Education), IT(Information Technology and Computer), and ESOL classes for refugee kids. Also, I'm making a database of the new books of the library at school into a managing program, I also tutor at the Saturday school, and I was soccer coach of a local community after-school program. I felt like taking as many responsibilities as I could because I love my school(ICS). At the same time, it is helpful for me to improve my communication skills. I have such mutual, great relationships with other teachers, (the principal), assistants and even some parents involved with the school. Besides, I'm able to share and learn about different cultures, and experiences by having informal conversations with host families during dinner. Sometimes I spend time taking care of host's children, doing chores, sightseeing, and studying English by myself. Especially, it was my enormous pleasure to cook for my host or other teachers I know. What I'd like to say to the people who are interested in and considering this program seriously is to come, feel and be touched. Because it might change your life.
